Pricing

• All quoted rates are per person on a twin-sharing basis.
• Rates are applicable only for Indian nationals.

Hotel Policy

• The hotels mentioned in the itinerary are indicative and are provided as the basis for the package pricing.
• Hotel reservations are confirmed only after written confirmation from our side.
• In case the mentioned hotel is unavailable due to operational reasons or sold-out status, a similar category hotel will be arranged.
• Any applicable increase or decrease in hotel cost will be communicated accordingly.
• The package price is based on the Base Category Room, unless otherwise specified.
• If the base category is unavailable, the next available higher room category may be offered with the applicable supplementary charges.
• Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking. No rooms are blocked or reserved until the booking is confirmed in writing.

Meals

• Meals will be served strictly as mentioned under the itinerary, inclusions, and exclusions confirmed at the time of booking.
• Budget and Standard hotels generally provide vegetarian meals, unless otherwise specified.
• Deluxe, Super Deluxe, and Luxury hotels may serve a combination of vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals.
• Buffet meals are generally provided. However, depending on hotel occupancy or group size, meals may be served on an À La Carte basis.
• No refund or compensation will be provided for any meal not utilized by the guest.
• For special meal requests such as Jain Food, kindly inform us via email at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Such requests are subject to hotel availability.

Itinerary Changes

• The itinerary may be modified for the comfort and convenience of guests or due to operational requirements.
• Any amendments, wherever possible, will be communicated before or during the tour.
• Guests who miss any sightseeing or scheduled activity due to personal delays will not be entitled to any refund.
• Daily schedules and sightseeing timings are subject to change depending on road conditions, weather, traffic, local regulations, monument timings, en-route meal breaks, and the overall health and convenience of guests.

Tour Conditions

• The package has been carefully designed considering sightseeing, travel time, destination coverage, and operational feasibility.
• Guests are requested to follow the confirmed itinerary throughout the tour.
• Any additional sightseeing, excursions, transfers, pickups, or drops outside the confirmed itinerary will be chargeable.
• If a guest is unable to join or continue the tour due to illness, death, loss of travel documents, flight/train delays, cancellations, or any personal reason, the booking will be treated as a No Show, and 100% cancellation charges will apply. No refund will be provided for any unutilized services.

Transportation

• Transportation will be provided as per the package using suitable vehicles such as A/C Sedan (Etios/Swift Dzire), Innova, Crysta, Tempo Traveller, or 2×2 A/C Coach, depending on the group size and tour requirements.
• Drivers are required to follow government regulations regarding maximum driving hours and mandatory rest periods. Guests are requested to adhere to the scheduled timings to ensure smooth operation of the tour.
• Any sightseeing missed due to delays caused by the guest will not be refunded or rescheduled.
• Please note that air conditioning will not operate in hilly regions, and no claims or refunds will be entertained regarding the same.

Monuments & Entry Fees

• Most monuments remain closed on Mondays, while the Taj Mahal remains closed every Friday.
• Rohtang Pass remains closed every Tuesday for maintenance.
• Guests are advised to verify sightseeing schedules accordingly.
• All monument entry fees and attraction tickets are payable directly by the guest, unless specifically mentioned under the package inclusions.

Identity Proof

• Every guest must carry a valid original photo identity proof during the tour.
• A valid Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, or Passport must be presented at the time of hotel check-in for security and verification purposes.

Cost Excludes

• Airfare and train fare.
• Meals other than those specifically mentioned under the “Package Includes” section.
• Personal expenses such as tips, laundry, telephone charges, liquor, guide services, monument entry fees, or any similar expenses.

Important Notes

• Package rates and applicable taxes are subject to change without prior notice.
• Any future tax revisions or government levies will be charged additionally.
• The itinerary may be revised due to adverse weather conditions, roadblocks, health issues, natural calamities, or any circumstances beyond our control.
• Vehicles will be provided strictly as per the itinerary and not on a disposal basis.
• Any vehicle usage for shopping, local markets, restaurants, or personal visits outside the itinerary will attract additional charges.
• No refund will be provided for any unused services.
• Any additional services, modifications, or extras requested during the tour must be paid in cash.
• Guests are required to carry a Vaccination Certificate (both doses) or an RT-PCR Negative Report issued within 72 hours prior to arrival, wherever applicable.
• Room confirmation is subject to hotel availability at the time of booking. No rooms are blocked or reserved until written confirmation is received from the hotel.
• Package rates are subject to change at the time of confirmation.
• The quotation provided is valid for 24 hours from the date of issue.
• Rates are applicable only for Indian nationals.
• Any special requests such as Jain meals, early check-in, or similar requirements must be communicated by email at least 72 hours before arrival. Fulfilment of such requests is subject to availability.
• Package rates are dynamic and may change at the time of booking. The quoted price is subject to availability and may vary after the quotation has been issued.
• The package is completely non-refundable and non-amendable.
• Quoted rates are not valid during festival periods. Additional charges, supplements, taxes, or surcharges may apply at the time of booking.
• Guests are advised to reconfirm the latest package price and availability before making the final booking, as prices may change.

RT-PCR Guidelines

• Fully vaccinated guests: RT-PCR test is not required (subject to prevailing government regulations).
• Guests who are not fully vaccinated: A valid RT-PCR Negative Report may be mandatory while arriving at or departing from the destination, as per the applicable government guidelines.
