• Special Note: Package rates are dynamic (tentative) and are subject to change at the time of booking confirmation. Rates may vary during weekends, peak seasons, festivals, long weekends and blackout dates.
• This package is non-refundable and non-changeable after confirmation. Kindly confirm the latest price and availability before making the final booking.
• Non-air-conditioned rooms are generally provided in hill destinations such as Munnar, Thekkady, Ooty, Kodaikanal, Coorg and Wayanad, as the climate remains pleasant throughout the year.
• Children below 6 years of age are complimentary unless otherwise specified.
• Vehicle mileage is calculated on a garage-to-garage basis.
• The itinerary is indicative and may be revised depending on local conditions, weather, road conditions or operational requirements.
• Sightseeing and transfers will be provided strictly as mentioned in the confirmed itinerary.
• The vehicle is not available on a disposal basis unless specifically mentioned in the package.
• Additional charges will apply if the vehicle is used for shopping, personal visits, restaurants or any route not included in the itinerary.
• Most monuments, museums and certain attractions remain closed on specific weekdays or government-declared holidays. Guests are advised to verify opening schedules in advance.
• Any increase in government taxes, entry fees, fuel prices or other statutory charges after booking will be payable by the guest.
• The itinerary may be modified due to weather conditions, road closures, natural calamities, strikes or any circumstances beyond our control.
• No refund will be provided for any unused or unutilized services.
• Any additional services, upgrades or modifications requested during the tour will be chargeable.
• Hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking. Room confirmation can only be guaranteed after receiving written confirmation from the hotel.
• The quotation is valid for 24 hours from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
• Package rates are applicable only for Indian Nationals unless mentioned otherwise.
• Special requests such as Jain meals, early check-in, late check-out or similar requirements should be informed at least 72 hours before arrival. All such requests are subject to availability.
• Festival, peak season and blackout period surcharges are not included in the quoted price and will be charged additionally wherever applicable.
