Package rates are dynamic and subject to change at the time of confirmation. Rates are not applicable during peak season / blackout dates. The package is completely non-refundable and non-changeable. Please confirm the prices and availability before making the final confirmation.

Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS)

Anyone travelling to altitudes above 10,000 ft. is liable to suffer from Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS), unless properly acclimatized. In this tour, you are touching high-altitude terrain.

The most common symptoms of AMS are headache, disturbed sleep, loss of appetite, nausea, coughing, irregular breathing, breathlessness and lack of concentration.

You are advised to allow sufficient time for acclimatization before engaging in any physical activity once you reach high-altitude terrain. Smoking and drinking should also be avoided until you are properly acclimatized.

Medical help is available, or you should contact your Group Leader for assistance.

If weather conditions or any technical problems cause delays or postponement, the entire extra night stay, additional meals and transfers will be charged extra directly to the clients.

General Terms & Conditions

• All bookings must be made well in advance so that arrangements such as hotels, transportation, etc. can be made.
• Once you finalize a package and book with us through e-mail, and after making a provisional booking of hotel rooms, we will send you a confirmation along with an invoice.
• As soon as the payment is received by us, a receipt will be sent to you.
• Once all services are confirmed, a Client Services Confirmation Voucher will be mailed to you.
• If the desired hotel is not available due to any reason whatsoever, we reserve the right to shift the customer to a similar hotel.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to a person (life/body) or any kind of issue faced during the tour. It is compulsory to intimate us during the tour itself so that the issue can be rectified. After the tour is complete, we will not be liable for any kind of refund.
• Facilities such as room heaters in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand will be chargeable as per hotel policy. Some hotels may offer them free of cost. We will not guarantee such services without prior intimation.
• Due to any inclement weather conditions in Himachal Pradesh or Uttarakhand, we will not be liable for any kind of refund.
• The itinerary is tentative and may change or depend on the situation.
• Due to union issues, we may not be able to provide pickup from any Railway Station / Airport. At these places, vehicles may have to be arranged through the union transporter only, which will cost extra.
• Please note that no rooms have been blocked. Room blocking will be done only after confirmation and will remain subject to room availability.
• Once the tour has commenced, it will strictly proceed as per the finalized itinerary. In case of events or circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or part of the itinerary for the safety and well-being of our esteemed guests.
• Postponement of the date will be treated as cancellation and will be subject to availability.
• On cancellation of any package or hotel reservation, the booking payment will not be refundable or transferable under any circumstances.
• Any future tax levies will be charged extra.
• The itinerary can be altered at any point of time due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and/or any factors beyond our control.
• The vehicle provided will be as per the itinerary and will not be available on a disposal basis.
• If the vehicle is used for shopping, visiting markets or restaurants, extra charges will apply.
• There will be no refund for any unused services.
• Any modifications and extras will be charged in cash.
• Guests need to carry a vaccination certificate for both doses / or an RT-PCR negative report issued within 72 hours of arrival.
• Rooms will be subject to availability at the time of booking. Please note that we are not holding any rooms at this stage. Room confirmation can only be guaranteed once we receive final written confirmation from the hotel.
• Rates are subject to change at the time of confirmation.
• The given quotation is valid for only 24 hours from the date of quotation.
• Rates are applicable only for Indian nationals.
• For any special requests, such as Jain meals, early check-in, etc., kindly inform us through e-mail at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Such requests are always subject to availability.
• Rates are dynamic and subject to availability. Prices shown are subject to change at the time of booking or may change after the quotation and remain non-refundable.
• The package is completely non-refundable and non-changeable.
• The above rate is not valid during the Christmas and New Year periods. Additional costs will apply.
• During the Christmas and New Year period, event dinner supplements are mandatory and Gala Dinner will be charged extra as per the hotel’s policy.
• Any future taxes or supplement charges levied during Christmas and New Year will be charged extra at the time of booking.
• Please confirm the prices and availability before making the final confirmation. Prices may change.

RT-PCR

• If passengers are fully vaccinated, RT-PCR is not required.
• If passengers are not vaccinated, RT-PCR while arriving at / departing from the destination is mandatory.

• 100% advance payment is to be made for packages at the time of booking.
