Notes

• Add-on Tours: Add-on tours are subject to availability and will be chargeable additionally on a per-person basis.
• Package Rates: Package rates are dynamic/tentative and may change at the time of confirmation depending on availability. Rates are not applicable during peak seasons/blackout dates and the package is completely non-refundable. Please confirm the price and availability before making the final booking confirmation.
• A valid roaming/WhatsApp number is required at the time of booking.
• Hotel Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM.
• Hotels may require a credit card deposit to cover incidental expenses.
• Luggage Allowance: 1 large bag + 1 carry-on per person.
• Hotels may be changed due to unforeseen circumstances; in such cases, accommodation of a similar category will be provided.
• The order of the tour may change depending on weather and traffic conditions.
• Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking. Please note that no rooms are being held at this stage. Room confirmation can only be guaranteed once final written confirmation is received from the hotel.
• The package is completely non-refundable and non-changeable. Please confirm the price and availability before making the final booking confirmation.
• The itinerary is tentative and may be changed or adjusted depending on the situation.
• All rates are indicative. Final rates and availability will be as per the system on the date of booking and will be subject to changes in ROE.
• The vehicle will not be at disposal and will operate on a point-to-point basis.

Disclaimer

Accessibility & Special Assistance

Tours Limited is not equipped to provide specialized assistance for guests with mobility or other special needs and cannot guarantee wheelchair-accessible facilities or vehicles. Guests requiring such assistance must travel with a companion who can provide the required support.

Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their valuables, travel documents, and personal belongings. Tours Limited is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

Property Damage

Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to hotels, coaches, venues, or other property during the tour.

No-Show

No refunds will be provided in case of a no-show.

Inclusions & Incidental Expenses

Unless otherwise stated, packages include a hotel room, applicable taxes, and breakfast where indicated. All incidental expenses, including room service, minibar, laundry, and any damage charges, are the guest’s responsibility and may be charged to the credit card on file.

Itinerary Changes & Operational Disruptions

For safety or operational reasons, including weather and traffic conditions, the tour leader may modify the itinerary at their discretion. In the event of a breakdown or interruption beyond Tours Limited’s control, reasonable efforts will be made to resolve the issue; however, no monetary compensation will be provided.

Optional Excursions

Guests are strongly encouraged to book optional tours through Tours Limited. Activities booked independently are outside the scope of our services. Tours Limited assumes no responsibility for such third-party arrangements and cannot provide assistance related to them.

Coach Breakdowns

In the event of a coach breakdown, a replacement vehicle will be provided as soon as reasonably possible. No monetary compensation will be offered.

Hotel Substitutions – Force Majeure

Although the listed hotels are confirmed, circumstances beyond our control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulations, disasters, strikes, civil disorder, or transportation disruptions, may require a hotel substitution. In such circumstances, a hotel of similar standard will be provided. No monetary compensation will be offered.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tours Limited will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Pre-night in Las Vegas and post-night in San Francisco can be arranged at an additional cost.

Documents Required for Booking

• Clear scanned passport copy (front & last page) for all passengers travelling.
• Important Note: Passport should be valid for 6 months or more up to the date of return to India.
• 1 PAN Card is required against 1 room.
• TCS Declaration.
• Flight Tickets.

TCS – Terms & Conditions

TCS Not Included: For each holiday package booking valued below ₹10 lakhs per PAN card, a declaration will be required from the travel agent. For bookings exceeding ₹10 lakhs against a single PAN, 20% TCS will be charged.

Responsibility for Taxes

The Travel Agent acknowledges that, regardless of any action taken by TRIPJACK, the ultimate responsibility for Tax Collected at Source (TCS) under Section 206C(1G), or any other taxes that may be legally applicable, along with the related filing requirements (collectively referred to as “Tax Obligations”), shall remain the responsibility of the Travel Agent.

Cancellation Policy

If You Cancel Your Holiday

• Within 60 days of departure: 100% of the total cost.
• Before 60 days of departure: 50% of the total cost.
