Package rates are dynamic/tentative and subject to change at the time of confirmation. Rates are not applicable during peak season/blackout dates. The package is completely non-refundable and non-changeable. Kindly confirm the prices and availability before making the final confirmation.

• These rates are not valid for festival days and blackout dates.
• Not valid on full moon dates (Kutch).
• SOU Extra: INR 6,000 per person extra for a two-night add-on.
• Kutch Extra: INR 10,000 per person extra for a four-night add-on.
• Sasan Gir National Park remains closed from 15th June to 15th October every year.
• In the event of any amendment in local government taxes or any fuel hike, we reserve the right to adjust the tour price accordingly.
• Kindly note that the hotel names mentioned above only indicate that our rates have been based on the usage of these hotels. It is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels unless we convey the confirmation to you upon receipt of your acceptance. However, if any of the above-mentioned hotels are unavailable at the time of initiating the reservation, we shall book alternate accommodation at a similar or next-best available hotel and pass on the difference in rates (supplement/reduction, as applicable) to you.
• Kindly note that the quotation email should not be treated as booking confirmation, as we are not holding any booking at the time of quotation. Prices and services can change at the time of confirmation. Booking confirmation is based only on written communication.
• Any future tax levies will be charged extra.
• The itinerary can be altered at any point of time due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and/or any factors beyond our control.
• Transportation costs will be charged extra based on the car and as per the program.
• No refund will be provided for any unused services.
• Any modifications and extras will be charged in cash.
• Rooms will be subject to availability at the time of booking. Please note that we are not holding any rooms at this stage. Room confirmation can only be guaranteed once we receive the final written confirmation from the hotel.
• Rates are subject to change at the time of confirmation.
• The given quotation is valid for 24 hours only from the date of quotation.
• Rates are applicable only for Indian nationals.
• For any special requests such as Jain meals, early check-in, etc., kindly inform us through email at least 72 hours prior to arrival, as such requests are always subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

If You Cancel Your Holiday

• Within 60 days of departure: 100% of the total cost.
• Before 60 days of departure: 50% of the total cost.
