Notes: Package rates are dynamic and tentative and are subject to change at the time of confirmation. These rates are not applicable during peak seasons and blackout dates. The package is completely non-refundable and non-changeable. Therefore, please confirm the latest price and availability before making the final confirmation.

Supplement Vehicle Cost

Supplement vehicle charges will be applicable wherever required.

• Vehicle allocation will be provided as follows: 1 Dzire for 02–03 Pax, 1 Ertiga for 04–05 Pax, 1 Crysta for 06 Pax, and 1 Tempo Traveller for 07–10 Pax. The number of pax includes children as well. If the number of guests increases, an additional vehicle will be required and applicable supplement charges will be payable. The maximum kilometre allowance/blockage for the above-mentioned itinerary is 1,100 KM only.
• On 24th, 25th and 31st December, hotels may impose a mandatory Gala Dinner supplement, which must be paid in advance before the commencement of the tour. Hotels reserve the right to introduce or revise such supplements at a later stage, even after confirmation. The above package rates are also not valid during Durga Puja, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Holi and long weekends.
• Due to the remote location and limited accommodation options in Cherrapunjee (Sohra), properties are provided according to their available services and facilities. Most properties are not categorized as 3-star / 4-star hotels. The accommodation standards should not be compared with properties available in Guwahati and Shillong.
• Any future tax levies introduced after the quotation will be charged additionally.
• The itinerary may be altered or rearranged at any point due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and/or any circumstances beyond our control.
• The vehicle provided will be available only as per the itinerary and not at disposal.
• If the vehicle is used for shopping, visiting markets, restaurants or other purposes outside the itinerary, additional charges will apply.
• There will be no refund for any unused services.
• Any modifications, additional services or extras requested during the trip will be charged separately and payable in cash.
• Guests are required to carry a Vaccination Certificate for both doses or an RT-PCR Negative Report, which should not be issued more than 72 hours prior to arrival.
• Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking. Please note that no rooms are being held or blocked until confirmation. Room confirmation can only be guaranteed once final written confirmation is received from the respective hotel.
• Rates are subject to change at the time of confirmation.
• The quoted rate is valid for 24 hours only from the date of quotation.
• Rates are applicable only to Indian Nationals.
• For special requests such as Jain meals, early check-in, etc., kindly inform us by email at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Such requests are always subject to availability and therefore must be communicated at least 72 hours in advance.

• The above rate is not valid during festival periods. Additional costs will apply. Please note that any future taxes, festival levies or supplement charges applicable during festival periods will be charged additionally at the time of booking.

RT-PCR

• If the pax are fully vaccinated, an RT-PCR test is not required.
• If the pax are not vaccinated, an RT-PCR test while arriving at or departing from the destination is mandatory.

• 100% advance payment is required for the package at the time of booking.
• Rates are dynamic and subject to availability at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

If You Cancel Your Holiday

• Within 60 days of departure: 100% of the total cost will be charged.
• Before 60 days of departure: 50% of the total cost will be charged.
