Notes

1. Package rates are dynamic and subject to change at the time of confirmation. Rates are not available during peak season / Blackout dates. The package is completely non-refundable and non-changeable, so please confirm the prices and availability before making the final confirmation.
2. Rooms will be subject to availability at the time of booking. Please note that we are not holding any rooms until this stage. Room confirmation can only be guaranteed once we receive final written confirmation from the hotel.

Important Note

• All passengers must report 02 hours prior to departure due to security checking at the airport.
• Travels reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of days at each destination and without compromising any services.
• The vehicle used is air-conditioned and is available at disposal subject to municipal limits. Clients are requested to follow the timings mentioned in the programme. In case any services are missed due to a delay in departure, the operator will not be responsible for any refund.
• Hotels mentioned above are subject to availability at the time of booking; otherwise, an alternative hotel will be provided.
• Our vehicle is not allowed in Gulmarg & Pahalgam for local sightseeing. Clients can either hire a local vehicle or pony from the market for local sightseeing.

Registration and Documentation

• Registration: Mandatory for all pilgrims. Available through authorized banks (SBI, PNB, ICICI, YES, Axis) and online.
• Mandatory Health Certificate (CHC): Must be issued by an authorized doctor on or after April 8, 2026.
• Age Restriction: Individuals below 13 years and above 70 years are not permitted.
• Pregnancy Rule: Women with more than 6 weeks of pregnancy are not allowed.
• Yatra Permit: Required for entry, specifying the date and route.

Safety Guidelines

• Wear RFID Tag: Must be worn at all times for tracking and safety.
• Health Precautions: Pre-acclimatization is encouraged; check for symptoms of altitude sickness.
• No Smoking / Alcohol: Smoking and alcohol are banned during the Yatra.
• Do Not Take Shortcuts: Stick to the assigned and marked paths.
• Avoid Smoking / Alcohol: Alcohol and smoking are prohibited.

General Guidelines

• Clothing: Carry adequate woollen clothing, waterproof jackets, raincoats, and sturdy footwear (no slippers).
• Mandatory Items: Carry a medical certificate, ID proof, and a waterproof bag.
• Prohibited Items: Do not throw waste, use polythene, or take photographs inside the cave.
• Respect the Holy Cave.
• Do Not Touch: Touching or placing items on the Holy Lingam is prohibited.
• No Offerings: Do not throw coins, cash, or cloth onto the Shivlingam.

• 100% advance payment is to be made for the package at the time of booking.
