• 14:30: Continue to visit the Temple of Literature – the first university of Vietnam. The Temple of Literature (Van Mieu Quoc Tu Giam) is one of the most attractive tourist spots in Northern Vietnam. It was founded in 1070.
• 15:30: Continue to Hoa Lo Prison. The prison was built by the French from 1886 to 1901, when Vietnam was still a part of French Indochina. The French called the prison Maison Centrale. The prison was called “A Hell on Earth” and now serves like a war museum for those who want to understand more about the war against France of Vietnamese people.
• 16:30–17:00: Our bus takes you back to the hotel. We finish the trip! Overnight at the hotel in Hanoi.
• Note: Arrival flight needs to reach Hanoi Airport before 9:00.

• 10:30: Arrive in Hoa Lu, once the ancient capital of Vietnam, dating back to the 11th century. Having been eroded over the millennia, the ruins have nearly been absorbed by the spectacular scenery, creating a mystical atmosphere that will ensure to titillate your imagination. Visit King Dinh and Le Temple.
• Have lunch, then go to Tam Coc for a stunning boat trip.
• 13:00: Board the sampan boats, owned by locals, gently sailing along the Ngo Dong River, capturing the wonderful scenery of karst hills, rice fields, and peaceful villages, and passing “Hang Ca”, “Hang Hai” and “Hang Ba”.
• 16:00: Get on the shuttle bus to return to Hanoi.
• 18:00–18:30: Drop off at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter.
• Overnight in Hanoi.

Towards the end of the day, the boat sets anchor for the night among the karst formations. Dinner is served onboard.

Cruise Clarifications

• Wi-Fi is available, although internet connectivity is limited due to the geography of Ha Long.
• To protect the environment, guests are encouraged to bring a reusable water bottle when joining the cruise since 2019. It is advisable to bring your drinks (in glass bottles/thermal water bottles) if you do not want to pay additional fees on the cruise.
• All drinks during meals or any beverage are excluded.
• Complimentary local tea bag or coffee bag and bottled water (2 bottles/room/night) in the room.

You leave the boat around noon, go ashore, and transfer back to the Hanoi hotel by shuttle bus. 2.5 hours before flight time, our driver will pick you up and take you to the airport for a flight to Da Nang City.

Upon arrival in Da Nang City, transfer to a hotel in Da Nang. Check in at the hotel and spend free time for yourself.

Overnight in Da Nang City.

Note: As the transfer is a shuttle bus and the bus pick-up time from the pier will be around noon, if the cruise returns to the pier earlier than this time, kindly wait in the waiting room of the cruise and relax until the pickup time.

Important Note: To ensure the schedule, the flight should depart from Hanoi after 18:00.

17:30: Head to Hoi An Ancient Town and visit the Fukian Assembly Hall to encounter ancient architecture and see the Japanese Covered Bridge. Walk around for shopping and enjoy the beautiful light of thousands of lanterns.

19:00: Enjoy a light dinner in a local restaurant.

20:00: Return to Da Nang. Arrive at the hotel.

You should not miss walking on the famous Golden Bridge hanging in the foggy hills of the mountain, witnessing the amazing and gorgeous view of Da Nang City.

Lunch on Ba Na Hills.

In the afternoon, free to join games in Fantasy Park – the third biggest indoor games zone in Vietnam with a series of interesting games: 4–5D film, skiver, The Death Race, dinosaur park, and more.

15:00: Take the cable car down from Ba Na Hills, then transfer to your hotel.

17:00–17:30: Reach your hotel. Free time at your leisure.
